Sales philosophy
Sales is a mindset.
Intrinsic motivation drives excellence.
I build sales professionals from the inside out, and the leadership and culture around them. When people focus on adaptability, empathy and understanding client needs, results follow.
How we’ll work together
No hacks. No scripts. People who hold up.
Many consultants lean on hacks, scripts and the latest framework. Enterprise sales, with its long cycles and multiple stakeholders, needs something more durable: sales professionals with the drive, curiosity and judgment to earn trust, and leaders who coach them to get there.
Process still matters, but it should support your people, not tax them. I help you shape the system around the seller (leadership, coaching and the right amount of structure) so it fits your business and grows with it. That’s how small and medium businesses get predictable revenue, stronger client relationships and sustainable growth.
01
The athlete’s edge
As an athlete and endurance coach, I’ve learned that the best plans are the ones that can pivot. Performance tracking shows where to lean in and where to adjust, so your pipeline stays healthy. I focus on what’s measurable and repeatable.
02
Practicality over paperwork
I’ve traded 50-page corporate slide decks for living, breathing playbooks: practical tools your reps use, test and refine in real time, and plug into their daily workflow.
03
The partner of choice
In an AI-heavy landscape, being a “vendor” is a commodity. I help your team build the emotional intelligence and expertise to become trusted advisors who don’t just follow a process, but actually solve problems.
“Charley is a customer driven sales professional who seeks to understand a client’s business… capable of grasping complex concepts and simplifying them by using analogies clients may already be familiar with. He provides clear leadership and is also always willing to step up and assist.”

The goal
Not a one-time workshop. A sales culture that grows with you.
I’m not here to “fix” your team with a one-time workshop. I’m here to help you cultivate a durable, repeatable sales culture that grows alongside your company.
